It is a plugin that adds animation or improve some visual content.
Example a place to have banal progress bars, with this plugin you can make progress bars in circles!

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/Animationdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress

Titles are optional, naturally.
Markdown uses email style notation for blockquotes and I’ve been told:
Asterisks for emphasis. Double it up for strong.
