This plugin offers a few options.

Define what columns you want to display
Define the column names
Caching options (from 1 – 7 days)

Upload index.php to the /wp-content/plugins/csMusicCharts-UK directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

1. Search for csMusicCharts via Plugins – Add New in the admin area
2. Click on Install
3. Activate plugin
