This plugin connects to the Google Places API to retrieve and display Google Reviews.
Service: Google Places API
Purpose: Fetches public review data for display using the [customview_reviews] shortcode.
Data Sent: Only the user-supplied Place ID and API key are sent when retrieving reviews. This happens when the cache expires (every 6 hours) or is manually refreshed.

- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/customview-display-reviews-your-way-for-google-reviews, or install it through the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to Settings > CustomView and enter your Google API Key, Place ID, and display preferences.
- Add the
[customview_reviews]shortcode to any post, page, or widget.
