  1. Upload the Conversios plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.

  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

  3. Set up your Pixel and Analytics Integrations:

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Enter your GA4 Measurement ID to enable enhanced eCommerce tracking.
    • Google Ads Conversion Tracking: Add your Google Ads Conversion ID and Conversion Label.
    • Microsoft Ads Conversion Tracking: Enter your Microsoft Ads Conversion ID.
  4. (Optional) Set up other pixel integrations:

    • Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, Pinterest Pixel
  5. Sync your product feeds:

    • Enable real-time product sync with Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center, and Meta Catalog.

Double-check that the conversion ID and label (Google) or Pixel ID (Meta) are correct. Also, make sure events are firing in GA4 or Events Manager. If you’re using caching or a security plugin, whitelist Conversios scripts.

Can I track logged-in users and guest users differently?

Yes. Conversios tracks both logged-in and anonymous users accurately. For logged-in users, enhanced data like user ID and email can be used to improve event match quality (Pro only).

Does Conversios track purchases from third-party payment gateways?

Yes, as long as the payment gateway redirects properly to the WooCommerce thank-you page. For offsite gateways that don’t, server-side tracking can help recover lost data.

Can I customize which events are tracked?

Yes. In the settings, you can enable or disable individual GA4, Ads, or Meta events. Pro users can also request custom event mappings through support.

Got great help and prompt answers to issues regarding configuration post-installation. Suggestion – There is an issue in the code wich our developer had to find: Missing front end editing ability for the following code: “After some debugging in the code if found this line of code that blocked the gtm container:if ($this->disable_tracking($this->ga_eeT)) {                        return;                    } And after that i updated the value in the database for ga_eeT to on and then the GTM-Container was outputed in the code.” If you add this it would make the setup bumpfree. Now we still had to dig in a bit to get up and running. Best, Valdemar
