  1. Upload the incredichat folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory

  4. Enter your API Key from your IncrediChat dashboard (starts with “cai_”)
  5. Enter your Widget ID from your IncrediChat dashboard (GUID format)
  6. Save settings
