Knarra Checkout gives your WooCommerce checkout a clean, modern layout that shoppers
trust, without replacing anything that handles payments, tax, shipping or orders.

It is a free WooCommerce plugin by Mahfuza Technologies. It does not need a Knarra
account and does not connect to any service.

#### Features

 * **Works with your plugins.** Payment gateways render their own fields. Every 
   WooCommerce checkout hook still fires, so tracking, CRM, email and field editor
   plugins keep working.
 * **Fast.** About 23 KB of CSS and JavaScript (gzipped) on the checkout and 10 
   KB on the cart, loaded on those pages only. No fonts, no images, no external 
   requests, no background jobs.
 * **Safe.** Preview it on your live store while customers still see the default
   checkout. Turn it off in one click, or from wp-config.php.
 * **Holds up under any theme.** The plugin’s styles sit in a protected layer that
   theme CSS cannot override, so the checkout and cart look the same on every theme.
 * **Accessible.** Tested against WCAG 2.2 A and AA with automated checks, with 
   visible focus, labelled fields and announced errors.
 * **Multilingual.** Text you type in the settings is translatable with Polylang
   and WPML.
 * **Quiet.** No admin notices, no review nags, no bundled plugins.
 * **Free.** No Pro version. Nothing locked.

#### What shoppers get

 * Clear sections: Contact (with “Sign in”), Delivery, Shipping method, Payment
 * Floating labels, product thumbnails with quantity bubbles, and the total with
   its currency code
 * Order total always visible, including a collapsible summary on mobile

 * Discount code field right in the order summary
 * Address line 2 behind a “+ Add apartment, suite” link
 * Errors shown next to the field, and the page jumps to the first one
 * Sticky place order button on mobile with the order total
 * No full-page spinner while totals update
 * A secure-checkout line and small payment icons right under the pay button (picked
   from your gateways, or your choice), plus a slot for any trust badge plugin’s
   shortcode
 * A matching cart page: items and totals side by side, quantity buttons that update
   the cart automatically, and a clear checkout button

#### What you control

 * Layout: one page (form + summary) or single column
 * Focused page (your logo and the checkout only) or inside your theme
 * Logo, accent colour, corner radius, width, font
 * Company, address line 2 and phone fields (WooCommerce’s own settings)
 * Order notes on or off
 * Rename the labels and placeholders of WooCommerce’s checkout fields (they stay
   renamed when the shopper changes country)
 * A Compatibility tab that lists your gateways, theme and plugins, warns about 
   known conflicts, and copies a system report for support

#### Classic checkout

Knarra Checkout styles the classic WooCommerce checkout, which works with the widest
range of gateways and checkout plugins. If your checkout page uses the Checkout 
block, the settings page offers a one-click switch to the classic checkout, and 
a one-click way back.

## نصب

 1. Install and activate the plugin. Nothing changes for your customers yet.
 2. Go to WooCommerce > Knarra Checkout. Status starts at Preview: only shop managers
    see the new checkout.
 3. Add a product to your cart and open the checkout to review it. Place a test order
    with cash on delivery or your gateway’s test mode.
 4. Check the Compatibility tab, then set Status to Live.

### Will it work with my payment gateway?

Knarra Checkout never changes payment fields; gateways render their own. If something
looks wrong, set Status to Off and post in the support forum with the system report
from the Compatibility tab.

### How do I turn it off if my checkout breaks?

Set Status to Off on the settings page. If you can’t reach the admin, add `define('
KNARRA_CHECKOUT_DISABLE', true );` to wp-config.php.

### Which themes and plugins has it been tested with?

Themes: Astra, Kadence, GeneratePress, Hello Elementor, Storefront, Twenty Twenty,
Twenty Twenty-Three, Twenty Twenty-Four and Twenty Twenty-Five, plus a stress test
with deliberately hostile theme CSS.

Plugins: LiteSpeed Cache (minify, combine and delayed JavaScript all on), Polylang,
Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal gateways (layout only).
The plugin tells caching and optimisation plugins not to delay its own scripts.

Not tested yet: WP Rocket, WPML and WooCommerce Subscriptions.

### Does it slow down my site?

No. It loads nothing outside the checkout page, adds no database queries elsewhere,
and runs no background jobs.

### Does it support the Checkout block?

Not yet. It styles the classic checkout. The settings page can switch your checkout
page to the classic checkout and back.

### Can you customise it for my store?

Yes. Mahfuza Technologies offers custom checkout work. See the link on the settings
page.
