LH Password changer creates a post or page shortcode: [lh_password_changer_form]. This shortcode along with appropriate handlers allow logged in users to change their password on the front end

نصب

Install using WordPress:

Log in and go to Plugins and click on Add New.
Search for LH Password Changer and hit the Install Now link in the results. WordPress will install it.
From the Plugin Management page in WordPress, activate the LH Password Changer plugin.
Create a page with the [lh_password_changer_form] embedded in it.
Go to Settings -> Password Changer in the WordPress menu and specify the settings.

This is a great tool for making password changes look good for inexperienced users. I've used it on a couple of sites to quickly make everything themed and to save the user having to go to their profile to change the password (user accounts are fixed and members of the site have accounts setup automatically by a feed from another system). Works great for my use.
