• Fix: preserve role capability settings across tab saves. Fix roleCapabilityCheckboxField to use saved database values instead of actual WordPress capabilities for checkbox state, and prevent roles_with_edit_users_capability from being reset when saving from Appearance tab. Resolves issue where SureCart roles would appear unchecked despite being saved in database.
