Prerequisite: Install and activate the Metro Share plugin.

When Metro Share is installed, activated and configured (Settings->Sharing Icons):

Download the plugin and extract the metro-share-social-fonts.zip
Upload the extracted metro-share-social-fonts folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
