Coupons only go to customers who actually bought the product. #### Show reviews that sell * **Rating summary** — average score and a 5-to-1 star breakdown above the reviews. * **Verified Purchase badge** — added automatically when the reviewer bought the product. * **Sorting** — Most Recent, Highest or Lowest Rating, Most Voted, or With Images/ Videos. * **Helpful votes** — shoppers upvote the reviews that helped them. * **Lightbox** — photos open full size in a built-in lightbox. * **Your colours** — set backgrounds, borders, buttons, links and rating icons to match your brand; star or heart rating icons. #### Answer questions before they become objections * **Product Q&A tab** — customers ask questions on the product page and your answers stay visible for the next shopper. * **Store answers** — reply to questions right on the product page while logged in as an admin. #### Emails that arrive * **Coupon email** to the customer when a reward is earned. * **Review approved email** to the customer when you approve their review. * **Built-in SMTP settings** so plugin emails reach the inbox. #### Honest by design * Coupons never depend on the star rating, and are given only for verified purchases— in line with the FTC and EU rules on incentivised reviews. * Reviews and questions are stored in your own WordPress database. No external service, no account to create. * All scripts and styles are bundled with the plugin; nothing loads from third- party CDNs. #### Review Next Pro (coming soon) Review Next Pro is in development: automatic review reminders, review requests by WhatsApp and SMS, and results that show how many orders turn into reviews. In wp-admin go to **Plugins > Add New**, search for **Review Next for WooCommerce** and click **Install Now**, then **Activate**. WooCommerce must be active. 2. Open **Review Dashboard** in the admin menu to choose who can review, rating icons and colours. 3. Open **Review Dashboard > Coupon Settings** to turn on review rewards (set a value above 0). 4. Visit any product page: the **Reviews** and **Questions** tabs replace the default WooCommerce review tab. ## سوالات متداول ### Is it legal to give coupons for reviews? Rewarding reviews is allowed when the reward does not depend on what the customer writes and the incentive is disclosed. Review Next rewards any verified buyer’s review, never only positive ones. Mention the reward in your review request and on your store. ### How is a review marked as Verified Purchase? Review Next uses WooCommerce’s own check: if the reviewer’s account or email has a paid order for that product, the review gets the badge. ### Does it work with my theme? Yes. Review Next uses WooCommerce’s product tabs, so it works with classic and block themes, including Twenty Twenty-Five. ### Where are reviews stored? Reviews are normal WooCommerce product reviews (WordPress comments) with extra fields for photos, video and votes. Questions are stored in a table in your own database. Nothing is sent to an outside service. ### What happens to my existing WooCommerce reviews? They stay where they are and appear in the new review list with their ratings. ## نقد و بررسی‌ها ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/cdd75918467fc2194f322c4c1a90fa67f60431c7ff5ad18fe8905f408016afba? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Excellent WooCommerce Review Plugin with Practical Features](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/excellent-woocommerce-review-plugin-with-practical-features-and-clean-implementa/)󠁿 [MD Shahriar Rabby](https://profiles.wordpress.org/rabby5/) 17 فوریه 2026 What I especially appreciate is the flexibility it provides for improving the review experience while keeping the interface simple and intuitive. Installation and configuration were straightforward, and it works well within a standard WooCommerce setup. Overall, this is a valuable plugin for store owners who want to improve their product review system and create better interaction with customers. Great work by the developer— looking forward to future updates and new features. ## گزارش تغییرات #### 1.0.5 * Fixed: Fatal error on PHP 7.2–7.4 caused by PHP 8-only syntax. * Fixed: Fatal error when approving, spamming or trashing comments on PHP 8. * Fixed: Product average rating was reset to 0 after every review submitted through the review form. * Fixed: Review coupons were never generated because the user’s review count always came back as 0. * Fixed: Reviews submitted through the review form are now marked as “Verified owner” when the customer bought the product. * Security: Review coupons are now only rewarded for reviews of products the customer actually purchased (filterable via `revnextwoo_coupon_requires_purchase`). * Security: Removed jQuery 2.2.4 and Lightbox loaded from third-party CDNs; review images now open in the bundled lightbox. * Security: Debug logging is now silent unless WP_DEBUG_LOG is enabled, and no longer records customer details or coupon codes. * Removed: Placeholder “Your Order Is Complete” email sent on payment completion. * Changed: Coupon settings use WooCommerce’s bundled selectWoo instead of select2 from a CDN. #### 1.0.4 * Fixed: Broken template path that could throw warnings on the WooCommerce My Account orders page. * Fixed: Restored missing Order Count admin templates. * New: Introduced Review Next Pro — unlock the full Analytics dashboard, customer location in reviews, visitor counter and AJAX review pagination.
