It informs customers of their 14-day right, supplies the official standard withdrawal form, and gives them a simple way to submit a withdrawal request \u2014 which the shop owner then manages from wp-admin.<\/p>\n\n The plugin works at the \"inform + handle returns\"<\/strong> level. It surfaces the withdrawal rights, attaches the standard form to order e-mails, and collects and tracks customer withdrawal requests. It does not<\/strong> block checkout and it does not<\/strong> process real payment refunds \u2014 refund status is recorded for the shop owner's own bookkeeping.<\/p>\n\n Everything works out of the box \u2014 no account or API key is required.
