Cons – But, it appears very big in mobile. There's no option to make the size smaller and there's also no option to move it at the top of the webpage which I really want because there are more elements, like live chat, at the bottom which gets covered by it. – Support is the WORST I have seen. Why? Cause NO RESPONSE. It's been 3 months I first contacted them and then I contacted them again a week back. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.
