Source Code Included

The plugin bundles third-party libraries as built assets. To comply with WordPress.org requirements, human-readable source files for bundled libraries are included under the assets/js/src/ folder. Example:

Note: If reviewers require the literal unminified file included in the plugin, I can fetch and place the full chart.umd.js under assets/js/src/ as well.

External Services & Data Disclosure

This plugin communicates with external services to provide ad delivery, reporting and payout processing. These services are operated by Ultima and include (but may not be limited to):

• publishers.ultima-ads.com
• pub-api.ultima-ads.com

What data is sent
– Publisher account information (email, account ID) when you create or link an account.
– Site information (site URL, site title) during account setup and to scope ad delivery.
– Ad slot configuration and placement settings when you create or update ad slots.
– Usage and performance metrics such as impressions and click counts for reporting and analytics.
– Payout request data (payment account details and payout amount) when you request withdrawals.

When data is sent
– During account registration and login flows.
– When fetching or updating ad scripts and ad slot settings in the admin UI.
– Periodically (or on demand) to collect ad performance metrics and billing information.
– When you submit a payout request or interact with external integrations.

Why data is sent
– To authenticate and authorize your publisher account.
– To deliver and configure ad scripts for your site.
– To collect analytics required for billing, reporting, and optimization.
– To process payouts and maintain payment records.

Privacy & Terms
– A plugin-specific Privacy Policy and Terms of Service have been added to the plugin root: PRIVACY_POLICY.txt and TERMS_OF_SERVICE.txt.
