Minimum Requirements

  • PHP 7.4 or greater is recommended
  • MySQL 5.6 or greater is recommended

You can install the EazyDocs from your WordPress Dashboard or manually upload it through cPanel/FTP.

OPTION 1: Install the EazyDocs Plugin from WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
  2. Search for ‘EazyDocs’ and click on the Install button to install the plugin.
  3. Activate the plugin in the Plugins menu.
  4. Optional step: configure the plugin in the Admin menu, in EazyDocs -> Settings.

OPTION 2: Manually Upload Plugin Files

  1. Download the plugin file from the plugin page: eazydocs.zip.
  2. Upload the ‘eazydocs.zip’ file to your ‘/wp-content/plugins’ directory.
  3. Unzip the file eazydocs.zip (do not rename the folder).
  4. Optional step: configure the plugin in the Admin menu, in EazyDocs -> Settings.

I've been looking for a long time for a solution to easily manage a knowledge repository on our company website. All this in a way that it should be public and have a private part of the content. I gave EazyDocs a try and made an excellent choice. The site is amazingly fast, intuitive to use, easy to manage backend. But what I like the most is the one button dark mode toggle and the character size setting option.

Great plugin, helped me create a knowledge base for my website.

Found this EazyDocs plugin to be a great addition to my productivity. Create the perfect knowledge base page for my product portfolio with a fine on page layout. Its straightforward to work with and organize my content. And the ability for visitors to print out a copy of any page is an excellent addition I must say.
