Qamera AI for WooCommerce connects your shop to a Qamera AI account. You start from a
photo you already have, generate a clean packshot from it, then build a photo session on
top of that packshot — choosing a style preset, a model, a setting and the image
proportions. Nothing is published automatically: results wait for you to approve them,
and only approved session images go into the WooCommerce product gallery.
The whole flow lives in wp-admin. You never leave the product screen.
How it works
- Mark one of the product’s images as the source photo.
- Generate a packshot from it. Generation runs in the background (Action Scheduler), so
the editor screen never blocks. - Review the packshot and approve it. An approved packshot is working material — it
stays out of the shop gallery. - Build a session from the approved packshot: preset, model, setting, proportions and
how many images you want. - Approve the session images you like. Those, and only those, are added to the product
gallery.
A session is always built from a packshot, never straight from a product photo. That is
deliberate: the packshot is what gives the generator a clean, consistent subject.
What you need
A Qamera AI account with an API key and credits. Generation consumes credits from that
account; the plugin shows the current balance on its settings screen.
External services
This plugin sends data to Qamera AI, a third-party image generation service operated by
200iqlabs. It cannot work without it.
- What is sent: the product image files you select, the product name and its category
names, the generation settings you choose (preset, model, setting, proportions, number
of images, and any free-text guidance you type), and the WooCommerce product ID so
results can be matched back to the right product. Requests are authenticated with the
API key you enter on the settings screen. - When: only when you start a generation, and when the plugin reads your account
balance and the catalogue of presets, models and settings for the configuration screen. - What comes back: generated images, which the plugin downloads into your Media

- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/qamera-ai-for-woocommerce/, or install it through Plugins Add New. - Activate it. WooCommerce must be active — without it the plugin stays dormant instead of throwing an error.
- Go to WooCommerce Qamera AI and paste your API key and your webhook secret, then pick a default preset.
- Copy the webhook URL shown on that screen and set it as the callback URL for your plugin installation in the Qamera dashboard. That is where generated results are delivered.
- Open any product. The Qamera AI panel is on the product edit screen.

Do I need a Qamera AI account?

Yes. The plugin is a connector; the generation happens on Qamera AI and consumes credits
from your account there. -
Are generated images published automatically?

No. Everything arrives as pending. Session images go into the product gallery only after
you approve them, and approved packshots never go into the gallery at all — they are the
working material a session is built from. -
Why can’t I build a session straight from a product photo?

Because a session needs a clean subject to work from. Generate a packshot first, approve
it, then build the session on top of it. The plugin refuses the shortcut on purpose. -
What happens if my shop cannot receive the webhook?

The plugin falls back to polling the job status and pulls the finished images down that
way. A reachable webhook URL is still the faster path, and for a session of several
images it is currently the only path that brings all of them in. -
What happens to my images if I delete the plugin?

Uninstalling removes the plugin’s settings and its bookkeeping on products. Images already
in your Media Library stay — they are your files. -
Is the admin interface available in Polish?

The interface is fully translatable, and translations are delivered by WordPress from
translate.wordpress.org rather than bundled with the plugin. A Polish translation is
being contributed there; once it is approved, a shop running in Polish gets a Polish
panel automatically. Other languages can be contributed the same way. -
Which WooCommerce products are supported?

Simple products. Product variations are not covered.
